I'm a Senior UX Designer with 4+ years of experience designing data-driven products for healthcare and enterprise B2B environments. I specialize in transforming complex, data-heavy problems into intuitive interfaces that empower users to make informed decisions independently.

My approach centers on close collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals. I thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where I can mentor designers, lead design critiques, and contribute to product strategy. My work has been adopted by hospitals nationwide, helping reduce dependency on data analysts and enabling faster decision-making.

Recently, I've been exploring how AI can enhance design—from streamlining prototyping workflows to analyzing voice-of-customer data for more informed decisions. I'm particularly interested in designing AI-augmented experiences that add genuine value without sacrificing user trust.

Outside of work, I'm usually adventuring with my two dogs, exploring new places with my husband, or reading.
